ABOUT ROB RICCARDO 🤷
Rob was born and raised on the beaches of Long Island in New York. After moving to Arizona, Rob’s wife encouraged him to start taking songwriting seriously.
Drawing inspiration from the surf scene of his youth, his father’s James Taylor albums, and artists like Jack Johnson, John Butler Trio, and Ben Harper, Rob Riccardo has found a sound that is uniquely his.
When I met Rob we talked about some of our favorite artists. No surprise, we liked many of the same performers. He told me “I hope to open for Nahko and Medicine for the People one day." I said, “Dude, I wouldn’t be surprised if they are opening for you one day!"
