SCUBA, Snorkel, & Free Dive in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt

I linked up with Bob K. Sinai, founder of The Gate Travel Network to explore the deep blue in the Gulf of Aqaba of the Sinai peninsula in Egypt.

This was my first time Snorkeling in the open ocean and it was awesome! The instructors where great and made me feel very confident. I had a blast!

There were plenty of experienced scuba divers and free divers as well. They also held a beginners class for SCUBA. I think I will sign up for this option next time. Very nice adventure. Pick up was seamless. Boat was awesome. Staff was kind. Food was delicious and the diving/snorkeling locations where very beautiful! We made 3 stops in all.

I really enjoyed doing open eye Meditation while underwater. While doing so I remembered a favorite song of mine by India Arie called God is Real:

In Saint Lucia, I jumped in the water.

For the first time I understood its power.

As I swam, I was cleansed.

If I had any doubts, this experience cleared them.

Now I know for sure that God is real.

I know that it's the truth by the way it feels

Cause I saw starfish and sponges,

Fish and black trumpets,

So many different colors I stayed

Out there for hours and I only saw a fraction of a fraction,

Of the deep of the deep,

Of the great blue wide.

It Brought a tear to my eye.

That's how I know that God is real
